Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or delays from suppliers, we’ll notify you via email.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Free Shipping on orders over $30

How to Check Your Order Status

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have restrictions when shipping to P.O. boxes. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you directly.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the package.
